I'm an experimental physicist in the field of nanophotonics with expertise in nanofabrication, optics, and optoelectronic devices. I am broadly interested in weak and strong light-matter interactions at the nanoscale and merging the advances of nanophotonics for next generations of lighting and displays. I received Ph. D. in Optics and Photonics at University of Paris-Sud (Paris XI), France 2016. I sequentially conducted postdoctoral trainings at the Dutch Institute for Fundamental Energy Research, the Netherlands (until early 2018), the University of California, San Diego (2018) and the University of California, Berkeley (2019). The subjects during my postdocs varied from polariton lasers to topological photonics. I joined VinUniversity as a founding faculty since beginning of 2020.
Research interests: Nanophotonics, LEDs, quantum dots, strong light-matter coupling, meta-devices
Teaching interests: General physics courses, nanophotonics, quantum electronics, micro and nanofabrication technology, optoelectronic devices
